Shipping costs

Our shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling and packaging costs are fixed, while postage costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment and the destination. These charges are automatically calculated and displayed at the time of payment.


Imports

For orders delivered internationally, import duties and taxes may apply when your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are imposed by the local authorities and remain your responsibility. We have no control over these taxes and cannot estimate the amount in advance. For more details, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns & refunds

General terms and conditions of return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) within 28 days of receiving your order. Items returned must be ‘as new’, i.e. unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

⚠️ The cost of returns is borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective item.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] specifying your order number and the details of the return.
  2. Follow the instructions given to you by our team to make the return.

    Incorrect or defective items

      • Incorrect item(s): If your order contains an error, report it within 14 days of receipt to [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and offer you a solution.
      • Faulty item(s): If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 28 days of receipt. We will, if necessary, arrange for the item to be returned for inspection and issue a full refund or an equivalent solution.

      Please note: We will only refund the return postage if the item is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing issue.


      Exchanges

      We do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different product:

      1. Return the unwanted item for a full refund.
      2. Place a new order for the desired item.

      This ensures fast and easy delivery.


      Non-returnable items

      The following products are not eligible for return:

      • Gift cards
      • Masterclass
      • Online conferences

      Refund period

      Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items, subject to inspection by our returns team. Refunds will include the price of the returned items, but will not include the original delivery or return costs (unless a fault has been identified).

      ORDERS & DELIVERIES

      I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

      If your order has not been delivered within 7 working days (or longer if an extended delivery time was announced at the time of purchase), please contact our customer service department at [email protected], quoting your order number, so that we can investigate the situation and provide you with a rapid solution.

      What happens if an item is no longer in stock?

      Our stocks are divided between France and Switzerland. If the item you have ordered is no longer available in either of our warehouses, we will contact you after your purchase. We will then offer you either a full refund or an alternative item (such as another size or colour). We will do our best to inform you quickly in such cases and find a solution that suits you.

      What payment methods are available on the site?

      We accept credit and debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Maestro) via Stripe as well as Twint payments. No other payment methods are accepted.

      Do you ship internationally?

      We currently only ship to Switzerland and the European Union. Depending on your country and the shipping service you choose, import or customs charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be taken into account before placing an order. Mike Horn Sàrl is not responsible for customs charges.

      Can I track my order?

      If you have chosen a tracking option, the tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. If you do not receive it, please contact us at [email protected]. Orders without a tracking option do not have this feature.

      What is the delivery time?

      Orders are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times vary according to weight and destination. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us quickly at [email protected] so that we can help you. After this time, we will not be able to refund or replace the order.

      Can I change my order after I have placed it?

      For any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to respond to your request before dispatch.
