  • Can Mike Horn send a birthday, weeding message ?

    Unfortunately due to the high amount of request, Mike can’t do these greetings for everyone. 

  • Is it possible to organize survival trip with Mike Horn?

    This is not a service that Mike Horn offers at the moment.

  • Can Mike Horn become a patron of our charity?

    Mike Horn is honored to receive many requests to be a patron to a cause, and whilst he would love to get involved and help out –  Mike Horn is already patron of different Charity and does not wish to dilute the work he is doing for these organizations and therefore he won’t be taking on additional charity commitments for the moment.

  • How can I apply for a job ?

    Any vacancies within Mike Horn Sàrl  will be advertised on this website or via social media.


Orders & Shipping

  • Which payment methods are available?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Maestro credit and debit cards through STRIPE. We also accept also payment by banking transfer. Please note that we do not accept any methods of payment other than those listed.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide ! Depending on your country and the shipping service you choose, you may be required to pay additional import or customs fees by your government in order to receive your package. Any additional charges are the full responsibility of the customer and should be taken into consideration before placing an order. Mike Horn Sàrl is not responsible for paying fees imposed by customs.
  • Can I track my order?

    Orders shipped with the tracking number option get by e-mail the tracking number. The other options do not have this feature.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Orders will be shipped on the following working day. The amount of time it takes for you to receive your order will vary dependent on the weight of your order, and also where your order is being delivered to. If for some reason you still haven’t received your order, please contact us within 7 business days so we can look into it for you. After that time period we are no longer responsible for the order and will be unable to process a refund if you didn’t receive it. You can reach customer service at [email protected]

Exchanges & Returns

  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    We will accept a return of your items for a full refund for any or no reason, provided we are notified within 30 days of receipt of delivery. More information on shipping can be found on the Delivery & Returns page.
