To manage fear you have to believe in your competence!
To manage fear you have to believe in your competence!
Fear can never be controlled! It can only be managed!
The birth of fear is the death of self control and performance!
Hard work can only be rewarded when you believe in yourself and your team.
What you dream you can do!

Salvador is the largest city on the northeast coast of Brazil and the capital of the Northeastern Brazilian state of Bahia. Salvador is also known as Brazil's capital of happiness due to its easygoing population and countless popular outdoor parties, including its street carnival. The first colonial capital of Brazil, the city is one of the oldest in the Americas. For a long time, it was simply known as Bahia, and appears under that name (or as Salvador da Bahia, Salvador of Bahia so as to differentiate it from other Brazilian cities of the same name) on many maps and books from before the mid-20th century. Salvador is the third most populous Brazilian city, after São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

It has been a fast and pleasant trip down the eastern coast of Brazil for Pangaea and her crew. Only 36 NM to go and they will arrive in the port of Recif where they will await Mike's return from India.
Today one year ago I experienced the biggest sport event in the world. More than 1 billion people watched it. I played a small part of it. India won the world cup after 27 years! What a moment!!!
